3. Account Registration & Verification

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dc111 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface layouts — is the exclusive property of dc111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, or used in any commercial manner without prior written consent from dc111.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to download any Platform content, reverse-engineer any software, or scrape any data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dc111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or dc111 had been advised of their possibility.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by law. dc111's aggregate liability for any claim arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
